I had been living a life without exercise on a daily basis and had almost given up on developing an exercise habit, but after I started going to personal training, I started to enjoy exercise and now I can continue training about four times a week without any difficulty. In one-on-one training, I am taught the correct form for training, so I can train my whole body properly and my daily training has progressed well.

I look forward to going every time because it helps me release my daily stress and worries♪ I have a standing job, so I'm always bothered by stiff shoulders and fatigue, and I've tried many things to "do something about it," but nothing worked... That's when a friend introduced me to this. I just followed the instructions, and the parts of my body that I don't usually move were loosened, and my body felt lighter! I enjoy moving my body and can definitely feel the changes in my body, so I practice the prepared menu at home about three times a week and go several times a month. They prepare training that suits me, but within a reasonable range, so it's fun to keep going♪
