About Training
I am a beginner at training or haven't exercised for over 10 years. Is that ok?
Don't worry. In fact, we would like to encourage people like you to try out our gym. We hope that using our gym will help you develop an exercise habit.
Is the training tough?
Although there will be tough moments, you will train within a reasonable range that is appropriate for your physical condition. As your physical level improves, your training menu will also be upgraded.
Can I attend even if I am busy with work, housework, childcare, etc.?
For those who can only come once a week or less, we will suggest exercises and stretches that can be done at home as homework. Please rest assured that we will support you so that you can achieve results even if you come less frequently.
Is it okay to come here for the purpose of dieting?
Of course, customers who are dieting are also welcome. Dieting can help you get closer to your ideal body and lead to better health.
*Please note that we do not implement drastic dieting with excessive food restrictions.
What do I need to bring during training?
Please bring comfortable clothing, drinks (water or sports drinks), and a towel.
*If you have indoor shoes, you are welcome to bring them with you. If you don't have them, you can train in socks or barefoot.
I am older, can I still train?
There is no problem as the training content will be adjusted according to your age and fitness level. Please rest assured that our trainers have experience in training people in their 70s.
*If you have been advised by your doctor to restrict exercise, we will consult with you before the training begins for safety reasons.
How often do I need to attend training?
Twice a week is ideal, but even if you need to meet once a week or less frequently, we will be happy to discuss homework training and other options with you to decide on the frequency.
Meals
Are there strict dietary restrictions?
At our gym, we suggest healthy meals that are as easy to follow as possible. We believe that strict dietary restrictions may produce short-term results, but are difficult to continue in the long term.
Can I drink alcohol?
We would like you to avoid alcohol as much as possible. However, for those who have to drink alcohol at a dinner party or other occasion, we will offer suggestions on how to deal with alcohol appropriately.
Can I consult about meals without subscribing to LINE Meal Support?
Of course, please feel free to consult with us! You can ask us any questions on our official LINE account, and we will also talk about diet during training.
